[Lowfer] Odd Signal

I've been seeing a sine-wave type signal on a QRSS60 screen today 
between 137.774 and 137.7745 kHz. As we approach sunset, it appears to 
be fading, which suggests the possibility that it isn't local. Has 
anyone else seen this?
