[Lowfer] WD2XFJ, WI, and the lowfer watering hole

Based on Mark's report I took a look around 183.504 kHz for WD2XFJ. No
surprised that nothing was noted even with QRSS10 as propagation to the
west seemed mediocre at best, based on DGPS and NDB reference stations
in CA. I wonder what kind of power/ERP WD2XFJ run? Same as the previous
lowfer or more significant? Even if it's higher powered with just CW
it's not likely to be copied this far away.

Moved on to 187.5 kHz looking for WI next. Did see something just below
187.5 kHz but it looked rather continuous at QRSS10, not like 4 second
dashes. The QRSS3 result looks more in line with 4 second dashes (the
time ticks on the attachment are spaced 30 seconds), but is hardly
conclusive.

Watering hole results were fairly good, despite overload by local lowfer
SIW. That pretty well precluded seeing anything of CV, but SJ, WMS, and
MBD were often in fine and TAG was detectable at times too.
