[Lowfer] WG2XCT WSPRX-15 Today 468 .0 KHz Dial

I had to go back and use  WSPR 2 in the old mode program . Having some goofy 
computer issue with WSPR X . It is not handshaking properly with my USB to 
Com port converter, yet everything is fine with WSPR (old) and other 
programs. I have tried two different usb to com adapters.  With some of the 
other problems reported, I wonder if it is a Windows 7 issue.

So now I am transmitting WSPR 2 at  50% transmit cycle. I am transmitting 
now.
