[Lowfer] WD2XNS 137.750 JASON Mode

Decoding OK here...strong signal, obviously. For the group, the screen 
should show "JN" in the bottom left corner, indicating Jason Normal 
mode. Don't enable the Fast, Slow or Turbo options.
