Mike, I saw a carrier just above 17.2 kHz too. It was fairly steady in 
frequency as your ARGO plot shows. But QRSS30 is too narrow to show the 
real SAQ. I was using Spec Lab at a setting comparable to QRSS3 and the 
signal wobbled around toward the bottom of the display. The racket in 
your panoramic view looks like what my blower fan produces when it's on 
(so I turn it off, even if it's 6 below, hi). Unfortunately I'm still 
left with a picket fence of 60 Hz products and they're much worse than 
they used to be.
