[Lowfer] Navtex DX despite ice storm

We had a major ice storm go through overnight, leaving all of my wire antennas sagging, but still up!
It appears EAR is still on the air, although it's likely out of tune due to the ice on the antenna and the
helix house.  It's supposed to warm up by noon, so hopefully the ice will all melt.

I still managed to decode some Navtex DX, logging Greenland and Oregon, as seen below:
