[Lowfer] 136 Dial freq for OP-OPDS 32 for tonight...,

Thanks for the information, Garry. When I get some time, I'll look back at
the Lowfer list archives and see what I missed.

So, is it true that OPDS can only decode callsigns that it has in it's
database? In other words, if a new station started transmitting 136 kHz
Op32, there is zero chance that OPDS would decode it, though "vanilla"
Opera could?
