[Lowfer] 136 Dial freq for OP-OPDS 32 for tonight...,

A busy night on 136 kHz with WE2XEB, WD2XES, VO1NA, and DK7FC sending 
opera32. Didn't do very well with a loop and regular opera32 - snrs were 
rather low - but deep-search opera on the same machine detected all 4 
(DK7FC only once). However, a second setup using an eprobe near ground 
level but away from the house and deep-search opera32 decoded DK7FC 5 
times between 0444Z and 0704Z. The Spec Lab spectral peaks looked good 
too but as noted previously the snrs are generally low compared to 
regular opera. Best snr for DK7FC was -43.4 dB; best for VO1NA was -39.1 
dB.
