Same settings here Garry.  It was working the last time I ran the mode.  
The only change I can think of is I'm on a different ISP.  I get a 
response from  http://w1bw.us/  which I read in one of the WSPR forum 
messages is where the spot data is uploaded to.   So it doesn't seem to 
be a firewall problem.
