[Lowfer] WSPR15 upload ?

Dex, I'm getting spots through using r3058. I've specified the band as 
2200 m and my Dial (MHz) as 0.0727, and of course checked the "Upload 
Spots" box. The spots show up in the "new" spot database at 
http://www.wsprnet.org/drupal/wsprnet/spots. To see them there I've 
clicked the "Specify query parameters" link and chosen Band=LF, in 
Last=Hour, sort by Timestamp, and check Reverse.

Conditions are much poorer tonight than they have been. Struggling here 
to get -15 dB SNR. That's down a good 10 dB from previous nights.
