[Lowfer] WG2XRS/4 [WG4XRS for short] will start at 2200 with WSPR15...

I am actually transmitting on 74.6135 as it shows clear whole in Europe right now.  Moved up .5 hz from 74.613 and database probably only shows full hz freqs. Bob
