Been hoping for an answer to that one myself.  The first time I noticed them 
was October 6, but they were really prominent in the capture I attached here 
on October 8.  A somewhat larger view of that same image resides at: 
http://lwca.org/mb/msg/4183.htm  They don't seem to be present all the 
time...perhaps only when the mothership is in low earth orbit. :)

Haven't seen MO here yet this year.
