[Lowfer] WG2XCT testing transmitter CW at 475.3 KHz

Tried for XCT but did not get the later email about the freq change in time. 
Only saw (and sometimes heard) what I took to be XSH/7 on 475.3, but didn't 
know to tune down to 475.2.  I've really got to find a way to get Internet 
service out there!

I'd like to go back and try again, but it's probably not wise right now.  I 
already broke my deep cycle battery charger tonight due to an accident in 
the dark...just a miracle it didn't short out the battery, too...so I don't 
also want to bang up the radio or something else that'd be hard to replace. 
I think I'd best.re-evaluate the mobile listening post layout in the daytime 
before I try again.
