[Lowfer] Hans Summer "Ultimate QRSS" kit?

While the ultimate beacon uses a xtal oscillator at 125 MHz, one 
experiment I am planning is to substitute a 100-120 MHz OCXO to look at 
improved stability

The etherkit also uses a xtal oscillator and a VCXO can be substituted, 
the voltage control is (used for the WSPR freq shift) driven by a D/A on 
the PIC.
