[Lowfer] Icom R75 Frequency Jumps

Dex,

I hardly ever use the PBT on the R75, as it throws the frequency 
calibration off (just a little). So those pots just sit there on their 
detents, and the resistance track gets nasty. Of course, that track is a 
lot smaller in these little pots than in the big old ones.
