Thanks Garry. That helps a lot. Now I know when and where to look for SIW.
I like the idea of the ramped DFCW. Yes, I have seen it and it makes a
clear ID inspite of qrn.
I hope to see SIW before you stow it altho It would be a bit of a surprise
to me if it happens this late in the spring.
