[Lowfer] Hifer TAG

Garry,

Nice work! The former RY rig was sitting on the floor at home in Mass. Decided to fire it up into the 40 meter dipole fed with ladder line. With the loss in the tuner, I'll bet the ERP is off.

So, the signal is coming from home, not Maine, and it won't be a permanent feature. Thanks for the report.

John, W1TAG

The dots looked on the order of 3 seconds and the dashes were about 10 seconds so probably the rate was QRSS3. The vertical dashed lines in the attachment are spaced at 30 seconds. The major frequency ticks on the RHS are 10 Hz apart and the minor ticks are 5 Hz apart. Haven't calibrated the receiver for some time so the frequency scale is only approximate.
