[Lowfer] Hifer TAG

Last night, looking for hifer USC at the 13.555 MHz watering hole, I 
noticed that hifer TAG was QRV sending QRSS. The dots looked on the 
order of 3 seconds and the dashes were about 10 seconds so probably the 
rate was QRSS3. The vertical dashed lines in the attachment are spaced 
at 30 seconds. The major frequency ticks on the RHS are 10 Hz apart and 
the minor ticks are 5 Hz apart. Haven't calibrated the receiver for some 
time so the frequency scale is only approximate.
