[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 in JT9-10 mode

At least on this computer, WSJT-X, the low end of the receiving passband
appears to be 1000 Hz, with no option to change it. For the JT9-2 tests
last night, this was no issue, as the 1400-1500 Hz tones fell in the
wider passband. But for JT9-10, you are stuck with 1000-1100 Hz.

So, I would suggest a USB dial frequency of 494.800 for this morning's
tests. Quirky.
