[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 in JT9-10 mode

WE2XGR/2 will be testing in WSJT-X JT9-10 mode for the next few hours on 494.400 dial (+1450). This 
mode has a theoretical s/n threshold of -37 dB (relative to a 2500 Hz BW). Reports are appreciated. 
Note that it may or may not be necessary to close and restart the program after a mode change ... it 
seems to be required in transmit mode.

Also, rather than using the 'canned'  CQ message when in beacon mode, the transmission will be 
WE2XGR/2 TEST ... which the program accepts ... probably a good idea for all stations transmitting 
in beacon mode.
