Hi All: Here is a screen capture of EAR at wa3tts in EN90xn.

To the left is on my NE EWE antenna, peak signal levels -57 dB. To the right -63 dB on my SW EWE. Background noise levels -80 to -90 range. EAR is about 60~70 degrees off the center of the beam pattern on each antenna. They are back to back but not exactly 180 degrees opposing.

I'm using 75 ohm quad shield to feed the EWEs, mostly for cost considerations, runs in the 150 to 200 ft range. Added the VE7BPO 533 kHz LPF and a shunt trap for 1020 kHz (KDKA 5 miles to East) which removed all BCB intermod at LF. I had to use good double shielded cable between the receiver and filter to get a good null tweak on the 1020 kHz shunt trap---too much leakage on a hamfest bargain quality jumper cable.....I'm definitely hearing better with the filter addition. 73 Mike wa3tts
