[Lowfer] NEW to WSPR having a bit of trouble.

I figured out my wspr problem. It was the clock. The windows clock said it was synched to NIST time but it was not. I synched it to windows time and it immediately decoded the WE6 station in the window. That is the only one that I can decode even though there are several other weak station there as previously reported.
Hope to be able to transmit soon. I am doing the final testing on Jays phasing converter.
