Or if we want to take the attack - find a case where a simple beacon
transmitter WILL cause problems with the grid and call out the "60
Minutes" crew to watch a city go dark.

Seriously - we were denied before just on the theoretical possibility
that there might be a potential problem.   We need to document either
cases where PLC systems on the same frequency ran without problems -
or that no PLC systems use that particular frequency range.

Anything else that leaves a hint of maybe a kind-of theoretical
potential problem may make it a no-go.  Like he said - they may be
part-15 users, but they are very high profile users that provide a
service nobody wants to see disrupted.  Many politicians think it's an
issue critical to homeland security.
