[Lowfer] weak MSK signal on 21.4 kHz

Mike, that station is NPM, in Hawaii. It was off the air quite awhile 
during summar (see June9 note by KL7UK and included comments) but came 
back on recently. Jay, W1VD has a nice listing of VLF callsigns and 
frequencies at http://www.w1vd.com/vlf.html. The listings at 
http://www.vlf.it/trond2/20-25khz.html, etc. in 5 kHz blocks are also 
useful, as is http://www.classaxe.com/dx/ndb/reu/ (search below 100 kHz 
and check "other" and "time").
