[Lowfer] More Frosty MP-XGJ (Now fortified with SL at no extra charge!)

Nice capture of SL John. Didn't find conditions nearly as good here last 
night as the night before. Only managed to see traces of SL. An "L" came 
through ok around 0730Z but that was the only full character seen. 
Didn't notice anything of VE7BDQ either on 504.1 kHz and NDB and DGPS 
signals were down. Navtex showed early evening promise with Bermuda 
decoding but I didn't look at 518 kHz any more through the night. On a 
positive note all the alpha VLF signals are coming in well as I write this.
