We all have various QRM that we deal with on LF. The biggest offender at my
QTH is my next door neighbor's spark gap transmitter, aka electric fence.
It produces a pulse of RF about once a second, that covers from DC to about
3 MHz.
Below is a sample of what it sounds like in the daytime when I connect my
antenna directly to the PC sound card through a 50kHz LPF.

If a weed or something touches the fence, the noise is amplified tenfold.
She has given me permission to walk the fence and remove such things, a
win/win for us both.
Fourtunately, the noise blanker on the R75 is superb, and when it it turned
on, it eliminates almost 100% of the popping.
