[Lowfer] 137 kHz

Another noisy night, but MP and XKO came through generally with dogbones 
on 137 kHz. BR was seen on 185.575 kHz with a good QRSS30 ID at 0200Z.

A fair number of western DGPS stations decoded after 0000Z: 300 kHz, WA; 
302 kHz, CA; 303 kHz, UT; 307 kHz, CO; 312 kHz, NV; 313 kHz, MT; 316 
kHz, WA, and 321 kHz, CA.

518 kHz Navtex was "dull" except for fragments received at 1210Z from 
Kodiak, AK.
