[Lowfer] strange VLF transmission

While testing a new common mode choke I installed yesterday to see how
effective it was on VLF, I noticed a strange signal that I had never seen
before around 18 kHz. It was very strong, and wideband. I would guess that
it was four or five times as wide as any of the other MSK signals that were
present on my 0-48 kHz Speclab display. It would transmit in intervals of
(I would guess) about 20 seconds or so.

Sorry, I did not have the presence of mind to remember to get a screen
capture.

Could this have been a TACAMO transmission?
