John A. , W1TAG , has a nice write up on calibrating ARGO , including the sound card . It might be what you need to get your calibration spot on Mike . Anyway it is a good read and even a good refresher read for those of us that have been using ARGO for years .

He wrote it for an R-75 but the same principles apply to all other receivers .
Good Luck and don't be afraid to ask the group for help if you get stuck . We all were new users of ARGO and Spectrum Lab at one time :)
