Hi Stan,
The FRN associated with your ham license is fine, no need to get a
second one.
For emissions, (1) First symbol—type of modulation of the main
carrier;(2) Second symbol—nature of signal(s) modulating the main
carrier; (3) Third symbol—type of information to be transmitted.
See FCC Rules Part 2 ( 2.201)

OR Cut and paste the emissions from one of the existing licenses.
I don't recall what others may have requested but I know that the
emissions in the WE2XGR grant cover almost every imaginable mode for
500kHz (except maybe double sideband AM).
