[Lowfer] SIW alternating speed?

The dual speed does look unique but could be a bit confusing with weak 
copy.  That's not a problem though since it's very unlikely anyone would 
see the signal that wasn't aware of the published frequency.  I say 
leave it like that but adding the CW ID would be good.
