[Lowfer] SIW alternating speed?

Dex, thanks for the nice capture of my lowfer. Yes, It switches between 
QRSS30 and QRSS60. Thought that might be useful when it was really weak 
but probably not the best of ideas. Next season I'll try to remember to 
add a CW ID. Also, the beacon changes frequency between the watering 
hole and 185.185 kHz daily at 1800Z (except Sa and Su are the same). 
That's so I can listen on the watering hole without being overloaded by 
the beacon about 23 miles away.
