[Lowfer] SAQ preample

I was all prepared - and then the signals but not the Hummmm dissapeared earlier this evening. 

Snow shoes and head torch lit route to the loop by the lake ensued (got to be a bit careful as Im still recovering from a broken ankle) 

Found that one of the loop conductors had actually snapped - multicore speaker type wire - the see thru stuff. I attempted to repair but I still have more 60Hz than is healthy so I connected up the LF probe and running that thru the SAQ tests this morning. Ive got the 60Hz comb filter off as blanks RSDN3 and SAQ dependent on QRG.

Environmentally Its been pretty tough with winds at 40 gusty 75mph at between 20 and -15F for the last three weeks, so guess a little more than good for mechanical stress on the loop components.
