Duty cycle was at 25% all evening and offset as clear as possible
from other stations. Only other US station was WF2XXQ running
50mW from FL around 775 offset and WE2XGR/6 at 50W ERP up at
499.5 kHz.
It appears your soundcard/audio levels may be overloading or
something else in the signal path creating images, based on the
multiple decodes per session. There were other stations decoding
at the same SNR without multiple decodes and able to copy other
stations in the same session. WSPR is pretty good about handling
wide SNR ranges.
