[Lowfer] WSPR for Dec.14-15

Hello Lowfers,

Last night I set up shop on 474.200 (dial) for WSPR and let it run all night.
The following stations decoded:

WE2XGR/2
WG2XIQ
WG2XJM
WG2XKA

One of those, WG2XJM, pretty much dominated and I might have had a
longer list of stations if his duty cycle was set at a lower percentage.
