[Lowfer] Lowfer watering hole (185.300 kHz) operation

Jay, that's the reason I moved SIW to 185.185 kHz every other day. I 
switch between separate beacon hardware via a timer that directs the 
battery voltage

those literate in programming PIC uPs can roll their own). My OCXOs 
settle down in frequency in just a couple of minutes so to conserve 
battery drain I only run one at a time.

With such a timer, one could easily program a beacon to send QRSS say on 
even hours, and drop during odd hours. That's definitely long enough to 
allow down-time reception of DX by nearby listeners, even if the DX is 
sending QRSS60.
