[Lowfer] Using Argo

Icom receivers, unlike Kenwood and others, use the opposite sideband for "normal" CW reception. Therefore for the frequency scale to move in the right direction on ARGO, you must switch an ICOM receiver to CW Reverse. That is the way that it was explained to me and it works with my R75.
