Eric:
Same receiver - same ARGO here...... If you wish to give this a try:

Probably too much detail - but here goes !

To observe the frequency of the signal......
Assuming it is MY R75 and PC - yours should not be too different.
YOU SHOULD BE ON REV CW !

Open ARGO
Assume 185300 is what you want to see on ARGO Right hand scale.
My R75 has a correction of 817

Open SETUP and click on calibration
On the right hand OFFSET - you should enter (185300 - this correction I have 817)
185300 - 817 = 184483 so ENTER 184483 then OK

Now ARGO right hand scale should show frequencies around 185300

You may want to set up the MODE now to 20 or 30 seconds and move the scale up and down a bit until you get 185300 centered.

Then go to 30 or 60s if you wish and you will get more resolution of course.

You may remember all this ( from the glorious past ! ) so I apologize if this is
too detailed..... but is a simple technique for me.

You can fool around with the calibration - when you find a signal whose frequency you know well.
and then remember the OFFSET and use it again for other sections of the band ( for example 137780 (Hint Hint ))
137780-817 = 136963
