[Lowfer] for those who tune down to VLF

A station appeared yesterday on 26.7 KHz.  This is the frequency for TBB
Turkey which I have not heard in years.  It start with mostly an odd
repetitious sound but now sound may sound more like MSK--static at present
makes it hard to tell.  It is being heard in Europe but I do not hear it
here in Virginia (with very high static).
