[Lowfer] WE2XGR/3 Spark Tonight

WE2XGR/3 will be running on 510.0 USB tonight, with recorded audio from 
a small hand-keyed spark transmitter. It can be copied on 510.0 kHz in 
USB or AM mode, or in CW at about 510.45 kHz. Nothing fancy - just an 
XGR ID and a CQD message from MGY. Given the expected noise levels from 
the west, I'm only going to run this from 2300 until about 0200Z.
