[Lowfer] Bill Ashlock follow-up

Warren,

I don't think that Bill ever published anything about the Wm keying 
method. Looking back at messages, he was playing with slants and 
sawtooths in the fall of 2003, and seems to have had the graphical ID on 
in the Nov - Dec time frame. But I can't find a real description of it, 
though memory tells me it was done with multiple 555 timers and a bunch 
of R's and C's. Nothing digital, that's for sure.
