[Lowfer] Early 2200 Meters on sunday

Was capturing MP through S5-S9 static late this afternoon, which is no big 
feat any more...when suddenly, about 5:09PM CDT, XKO came on in mid-X (well, 
the last dash, anyway).  Also an excellent signal, considering it was over 
2-1/2 hours until sunset!  I'll try to post an extended-length capture of 
the two, showing how signal levels were gradually rising, later tonight.

Also looked at 185.3, but WMS was not visible, even though static was 
slightly lower at that frequency.

Fair mid-afternoon for HiFERs.  MP, NC, and USC were audible at times as 
well as visible.  Still no SIW.  WV came in for a while, but that was about 
all for the day.
