Noticed 4 signals on 137 kHz last night despite a fair amount of distant
lightning racket, but didn't get started soon enough to copy all of them
on ARGO. Also, the XO was warming up so the first capture shows upward
drift. Well before 0240Z, XES on the lowest frequency stopped so just
got the last two dits of its transmission. XGJ was next up in frequency,
then MP, then XNS. I seem to recall at least XES and XGJ showing up in
the F1AFJ grabber.
Unlike the previous night, Navtex was not good to the west (only managed
a few decodes from San Fancisco and Astoria), but better to the east
since Bermuda decoded once at 0822Z and Puerto Rico was in there during
the 0600Z time slot.
Notice the last couple of days that 10 meters has come alive on WSPR
with decodes of European stations plentiful in the morning and Australia
in the evening. Even decoded V53ARC in Namibia once. Previously only a
couple of South American stations were coming through.
