In the roughly 90 minutes before sunset, I watched MP, RY, and (at last!) 
SIW fade in and out.  Dogbones on SIW for about one ID length at 6:45 PM! 
No NC, though.

The band was unusually noisy (sort of white noise, but with a few 
lightning-like crackles and a slight powerline buzz quality to it), such 
that the usual carriers right around 13560 weren't particularly noticeable 
for a change.  Clipping helped bring the aforementioned beacons out of the 
noise until just before dark, and then...nothing.

Nothing heard/seen on 495 either, even though it was a lot quieter.
