[Lowfer] 137 kHz TA Path

Despite a fair amount of lightning racket XES copied well in NE IL too, 
along with MP. Morning VLF conditions to the west are also good despite 
the elevated noise floor. All 3 Alpha stations are visible at QRSS3 
bandwidth, as is what I take to be JJI on 22.2 kHz. Haven't seen those 
signals since last Spring here but Jay mentioned occasionally copying 
the Alpha stations recently.
