[Lowfer] Need a High Capacitance Air Variable for receive purposes

What total capacitance per section are you shooting for?  How many 
sections per knob?  Probably easier to wind higher inductance coils.  I 
have a few 'NOS' surplus capacitors kicking around somewhere and most 
are the standard 365 uufd/section.
