[Lowfer] SIW in CT

   Jay and Garry I too got several captures beginning at 1am cdt(0600z) 
to 6am cdt(1100z). Garry was at 185299.5 and  HSA was up at 185304.5 hz. 

   REc TS50 ant 8ft 14t active loop.
