Thanks for the nice capture of SIW Jay! I believe HSA is active around 
185304 kHz and WMS should be back on shortly a bit lower in frequency, 
but don't think Paul has it QRV right now.

Haven't listened on 518 kHz to Navtex transmissions for awhile so tuned 
there last night and was pleasantly surprised to decode Curacao at 
0511Z. Used to decode that regularly but it's been covered up by closer, 
long-winded stations for at least a couple of years now. Also picked up 
Bermuda around 0813Z and all the other area 4 stations except W and X 
(Greenland and Labrador). But the only west coast decode was Q, Long Beach.

As I write this the 14 kHz Alpha station is coming in quite well but 
only see the usual MSK VLF stations at usual strength.
