[Lowfer] Rac measurements

Hi Bill,

I guess I'm going to have to get some test gear before I can give you any measurements of my LowFER antenna
and ground system.  The RF ammeter that I have on the ground lead from the load coil-variometer hasn't been
calibrated, rather I just used it as a relative indicator of current as I tweaked things for maximum output.  All my
test gear consists of is a digital hi-z VOM, a digital LCR meter, and an ancient Heathkit signal generator!
Mal would call me an appliance operator, hi hi.
