[Lowfer] UNID on 137.780

Hi Guys,

A rather unusual signal appeared around 21:00Z this afternoon on or about 137.780 kHz.  On Spectran it appears as
a square wave with about a 10 Hz. shift and is keying on for 90 seconds then off for 30 seconds.  The on off keying is
consistant over time, or at least over the last 70 minutes.  Anyone else seeing it?
